Manufacturer Warranty Coverage:

  • CPAP, BiPAP, and APAP machines carry a manufacturer’s warranty, typically lasting 2 years.
  • Oxygen devices generally come with a manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 3 to 5 years.
  • Warranty decisions, including repairs or replacements, are made solely at the manufacturer’s discretion.

Warranty Claim Process:

  1. Customer Responsibility: We do not handle warranty claims directly. The customer is responsible for shipping the equipment to the manufacturer’s authorized warranty repair center.
  2. Warranty Registration: If a warranty registration card is included with your machine, please complete and submit it. (Note: CPAP and BiPAP units typically do not come with a warranty registration card.)
  3. Repair or Replacement Timeline: The manufacturer’s repair or replacement process can take up to 4 weeks, depending on the availability of parts.
  4. Warranty Limitations: Manufacturer warranties do not cover:
    • Misuse or improper handling of the device
    • Water damage
    • General wear and tear
