   Our Return Policies

We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of order delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unopened and unused.
  • The item must be free of cigarette smoke or any other odors.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and delivery.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items back to our store.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal nature of medical equipment, the following items cannot be returned once the package has been opened, regardless of usage:

  • CPAP, APAP, BiPAP machines
  • Oxygen equipment
  • Humidifiers
  • Cushions
  • Batteries
  • Mask parts

Final Sale Items

The following equipment is considered final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances unless covered under warranty:

  • All CPAP, Auto CPAP, and BiPAP machines, including travel models.

Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Supplies

If your order includes missing, incorrect, or damaged supplies, we will replace the items as soon as possible or issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

Cost of Shipping

  • Initial shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Shipping costs are refundable only if an incorrect shipment was made by our staff.

Return Authorization (RMA Requirement)

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us at 440-625-0660 before returning any items. Refunds will not be processed without a valid RMA number.
