These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through cpap411.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

1. Product Availability & Pricing

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.
  • Items may go out of stock after an order is placed. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.
  • Special promotions and discounts are limited-time offers and subject to change.

2. Order Processing & Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using an accepted payment method.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and financing options (if available).
  • If payment is declined, your order will not be processed.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

3. Prescription Requirements

  • CPAP, BiPAP, APAP machines, complete mask systems, and oxygen devices require a valid prescription before purchase.
  • Customers must submit a prescription via email (orders@cpap411.com), fax (440-656-2164), or in person.
  • Orders requiring prescriptions will not ship until a valid prescription is received and verified.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided via shipping notification.
  • Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after processing, subject to product availability.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must comply with our Return Policy, which can be found here.
  • Opened, used, or medical-grade items are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.

6. Equipment Warranty

  • CPAP, BiPAP, and APAP machines come with a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 2 years), and oxygen devices may have a 3-5 year warranty.
  • Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer, and customers are responsible for shipping defective products to the manufacturer’s repair center.
  • Manufacturer warranties do not cover misuse, accidental damage, or water damage.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting customer service at (440) 625-0660.
  • If an order has already shipped, it is subject to the Return Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • cpap411.com is not responsible for any medical complications resulting from improper use of CPAP or BiPAP equipment.
  • Customers should consult their healthcare provider before purchasing or using medical equipment.
  • We are not liable for damages caused by third-party shipping carriers or manufacturers.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Middleburg Heights, Ohio.
